What you submit
Company name, contact person, telephone, email and country/city are required to access the calculator. Quotation requests may also contain project notes and an optional PDF or image attachment. Calculator inputs and preliminary results are submitted to EHT for engineering review.
How it is used
By giving consent on a form, you agree that EHT may use these details to answer the enquiry and discuss the submitted application. This consent does not subscribe you to marketing. Submitted information is handled on the server and may pass through the configured email delivery provider.
Cookies and security
An essential, temporary session cookie protects form submissions and provides calculator access. It expires after two hours. This site does not use advertising trackers. Submission controls use limited technical information to detect abuse and a verification question. A hosting operator may optionally enable an external bot verification provider.
Retention and your choices
Contact submissions, calculation records and attachments are used for enquiry follow-up. The server removes website records and attachments after 90 days while the service is running. Email correspondence may be retained as part of the business enquiry. Contact info@ehs.ir to request access, correction or deletion of website submission data.
About the preview
When a form displays “Preview mode”, it demonstrates the registration, calculation and quotation flow. Use sample details during preview testing.
